Artist Information
Setup
This year’s festival will be held inside the gymnasium at NCTC. The facility will allow for easy loading and unloading from vehicles and has the benefit of showcasing all artists in one location. Setup will begin on Friday, November 2 at 9:00 am. Tables, chairs and electricity are available for a fee. Artists must supply all other setup materials and labor.
Parking
Artists will receive a parking pass when they check-in on Friday. This parking pass will allow the artist to park in a designated parking area.
Meals
If you are staying on campus at NCTC, all meals are included with the room fee. If you are not staying at NCTC, the NCTC dining hall will be open all weekend, and you may purchase meals "a la carte."
Overnight Accommodations
Accommodations are available at NCTC for artists. Reservations must be made in advance. Contact the artist liaison for details about this and other housing options in the area at artfestival@potomacaudubon.org.
The Potomac Arts Festival is a fundraising event for the environmental education programs of the Potomac Valley Audubon Society, a local non-profit organization now celebrating its 25th anniversary.
