Join WV state forester Ben Kunze for a family-friendly event that will teach you how to identify trees by such factors as their shapes, branching habits, and bark.

Meet at 10:00 a.m. at the Park's Nature Center on Saturday, February 14, 2015.

The event is free and open to the public.

Registration is required and is limited to 20 participants.

Participants should wear sturdy footwear and dress appropriately for prevailing weather conditions.

In the event of snow or poor weather conditions, the trip will be rescheduled to the following Saturday, February 21.
