Monarchs are the kings and queens, but there are many, many different butterflies that visit us each year.  Learn about butterflies and their life cycle, play butterfly games, work on butterfly craft projects, look for caterpillars, use the net to collect butterflies, and help raise some butterflies at camp.

Dress in clothes you can get dirty!  Bring a lunch and morning snack, sunscreen, and bug repellent.

T-shirts must be ordered by May 15 to ensure delivery at camp.  If your child is attending multiple camp sessions, you need to order a shirt only one time, unless you want multiple shirts.

For complete information about what to bring to camp, directions to Yankauer Preserve, and other things parents want to know, go to and click on the link to Parent Camp Information.
