PVAS Instructor: Clark Dixon

Learn the secrets of Outdoor Cooking Class from Master Naturalist (and secret outdoor chef) Clark Dixon.   There will be instruction on techniques for cooking outdoors without pots and pans or other kitchen utensils.   

There is a $10 fee for the class to cover supplies and materials for instruction.  Participants should plan to bring to bring their own food to be cooked during the class.  A list of various foods and suggestions on preparation to choose from will be emailed to class participants prior to the class.  Each participant may bring one guest to the class for no additional charge. 

Participation in the class is limited and pre-registration is required by Saturday May 23 for the class on May 30.  Directions to the site will be sent at registration.  The class is rain or shine unless there is a torrential downpour or electrical storm.
