Join Lynne Wiseman on PVAS's first bird walk at Cool Spring Preserve. 

The trails at Cool Spring preserve have a lot to offer! From well maintained foot paths to gorgeous views, the preserve's 12 acres is home to much wildlife. 

Meet Lynne in the parking lot of Cool Spring Preserve at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 19. 

Possible birds to be seen include local common winter bird species of Sparrows, Finches,Woodpeckers, Brown Creeper, Tufted Titmouse, Nuthatches and possible Hawks and other birds. 

This bird walk is free and open to bird watchers of all levels including those that have never been on a PVAS bird walk. 

Bring your binoculars if you have them but some will be available.

Pre-registration is encouraged but not required.

Participants should wear sturdy footwear, dress for the prevailing weather conditions, and bring along insect repellant and drinking water.

The trip may be canceled or postponed if weather conditions are poor.
