Join the Potomac Valley Audubon Society on Wednesday, January 11th at 7:00 PM for this public program. 

In July of 2016, a group of West Virginia Master Naturalists embarked on a journey to the Aldo Leopold Foundation in Baraboo, Wisconsin.  Clark Dixon, Lynne Wiseman, Kathryn and Don Henry and Wanda Miller are excited to share their experience as well as the knowledge they gained while visiting this amazing Legacy Center. aldoleopold.org 

The evening will begin with a panel discussion about the Leopold Foundation followed by a showing of Aldo Leopold's Emmy Award Winning documentary; Green Firehttp://www.aldoleopold.org/greenfire/

This program is free and everyone is welcome to attend.

From WV Route 9, take the Short Road exit. If traveling east, take a left off the exit. If traveling west, take a right off the exit. Follow to the stop light at Sheetz.  Turn right. Take the next left across from Food Lion onto Hospice Lane. Follow the road back.

The office will be on your left (the inpatient facility will be on your right). The door to enter for the PVAS Program is to the right of the main office door. We will have a sign on the door.
