Time:  1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

WhereCool Spring Preserve

Price:  $6 per child. (No charge for adults)

Ages:  Ages 8-12

Theme:  In this program, we will learn all about how soil is made! We'll turn over rocks and rotting logs to uncover what decomposers are there and the important role they play in nature. 

The program will be science-based and includes exploring, observing, discovering, and reflecting on a specific nature-based theme.

Registration information

  • Pre-registration for this program is required.
  •  A minimum of 5 per session is needed to conduct the program. Fees are refundable if the program is cancelled by instructor or cancelled by parent more than one week in advance.

If inclement weather is in the forecast, you will be notified by e-mail either the day before the program or by 8:30 am on the day of the program.
