Learn the secrets of Outdoor Cooking Class from Master Naturalist (and secret outdoor chef) Clark Dixon.   There will be instruction on techniques for cooking outdoors without pots and pans or other kitchen utensils.   

There is a $10 fee for the class to cover supplies and materials for instruction.  This can be paid online at the time of registration, or call Kelly Wolf at 304-229-6229.  Participants should plan to bring to bring their own food to be cooked during the class.  A list of various foods and suggestions on preparation to choose from will be provided to class participants prior to the class.  Each participant may bring one guest to the class for no additional charge.  Unless there is a torrential downpour, the class will be held rain or shine.

Participation in the class is limited and pre-registration is required by Sat., June 14 for the class on June 28.  Participants are encouraged to register early, as the class is expected to fill up quickly.  For more information, contact Kelly Wolf at k2kellywolf@outlook.com or 304-229-6229. Directions will be provided to those who register for the class. 

Those who register for the class have the option to camp Friday night.  You may arrive to camp after 3 pm on Friday and should bring your own camping gear.  Please contact Kelly Wolf if you are interested in this opportunity.
