Registration for this event is closed. 

Learn the secrets of Outdoor Cooking Class from Master Naturalist (and secret outdoor chef) Clark Dixon.   There will be instruction on techniques for cooking outdoors without pots and pans or other kitchen utensils.   

There is a $10 fee for the class to cover supplies and materials for instruction.  This can be paid online at the time of registration, or call Kelly Wolf at 304-229-6229.  Participants should plan to bring to bring their own food to be cooked during the class.  A list of various foods and suggestions on preparation to choose from will be provided to class participants prior to the class.  Each participant may bring one guest to the class for no additional charge.  The rain date for this event will be Nov. 1.

Participation in the class is limited and pre-registration is required by Sat., Oct. 4 for the class on Oct. 18.  Participants are encouraged to register early, as the class is expected to fill up quickly.  For more information, contact Kelly Wolf at k2kellywolf@outlook.com or 304-229-6229.
