Please join Sandy Sagalkin on a bird walk at Antietam National Battlefield, Snavely's Ford. This birding trip is co-sponsored by the Washington County Bird Club.

Plan to meet at Burnside Bridge at 7:30 and enjoy a 2 mile bird walk along Antietam Creek. The trip will focus on spring migrants.

This trip is open to anyone with an interest, regardless of their birding skills and children are welcome. 

This event is free however registration is strongly encouraged. 

Participants should wear sturdy footwear, dress appropriately for the prevailing weather conditions, and bring along drinking water as well as insect repellent and sunscreen.

This event may be canceled or postponed due to poor weather conditions.
