Storytime with the Turtles on Facebook Live
PVAS education staff will be hosting a virtual story time
and turtle feeding of the turtles that live at Cool Spring Nature Center. Storytime with the Turtles
will be broadcasted using FaceBook Live.

This event has been cancelled in an effort to stop the spread of Covid-19. Heroes of the U.S. - Teddy Roosevelt, John Muir, & Julia "Butterfly" Hill Each year when students are home for spring break, we host "Passport to Nature" library programs at five different public libraries in Jefferson and Berkeley counties. Cancelled – Wee Naturalist: Incredible Insects
What makes insects different from other animals? We'll investigate the differences between Cool Spring's classroom insects such as our Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches and mealworms and our non-insects such as our millipedes and worms. Then we'll go outside and compare the insects and bugs that we find on the trail!
