Erin first came to PVAS in 2017 as an AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer, and is delighted to continue her work with the organization as Program Administrator.
Erin graduated from Shepherd University in 2014 with a B.S. in Environmental Studies. During her time at Shepherd, Erin volunteered with both the National Park Service and US Fish & Wildlife Service in those agencies’ cultural resource divisions. She then went on to work as a Ranger for the Maryland Park Service and water sampler at a private lab. After completing her AmeriCorps year with PVAS, Erin spent a summer working for the US Forest Service in the Monongahela.
A native West Virginian, Erin enjoys exploring all the beauty this state has to offer. She currently lives near Harpers Ferry with her fiancé Paul and dog, Lily.
