The mountain mints are pollinator magnets from July through September. It adapts well to the average garden soils in sun to part shade. It naturally grows in moister soils. The plant can reach 3’ and the leaves give off a strong mint odor when touched. It is a great plant to provide late summer nectar and pollen.
