PVAS manages over 500 acres of preserved land, and that means a lot of photography opportunities! If you have photos that you have taken on our preserves or at a PVAS-hosted event, we would love to see them and be able to share them.
To submit photos, please email Ellen Kinzer at Ellen@PotomacAudubon.org. She will get your information and then give you a link to upload your photos.
By uploading your photos, you agree that Potomac Valley Audubon Society may use your photos, free of charge, on our print and digital media platforms. This includes, but not limited to, our website, social media pages, e-newsletter, press releases, and quarterly print newsletter.
Guidelines to follow when uploading your photo:
- Upload the images in the highest quality possible
- We can accept JPEG, GIF, PNG, and HEIC file types
- Upload photos that were taken on one of the four preserves we manage. This includes Cool Spring Preserve, Yankauer Nature Preserve, Stauffer’s Marsh Nature Preserve, and Eidolon Nature Preserve.
- Include your name, the location the image was taken, and, if you’d like, a title of the image in the file name.
