Potomac Valley Audubon Society’s 39th Annual Bird Seed Sale
This is your chance to fill your feeders with high-quality seed and suet AND support PVAS’s educational programs, conservation initiatives, and nature preserves. We’ve once again partnered with our friends at Sunny Meadows Garden Center to offer everything from songbird food to suet designed especially for woodpeckers (and much more).
Here are your options for ordering:

- Click here for the online order form for storage at Sunny Meadows (all orders must be picked up by Saturday, February 27th)
- Click here for a hard copy order form – which you can print, complete, and mail to PVAS, PO Box 578, Shepherdstown, WV 25443
Here are some important dates and information to note:
- Sunday, October 11th: Ordering deadline
- Saturday, November 7th: Pick-up your items at the location you selected when placing your order. Here are the pick-up locations/time frames:
- Audiology, Inc (400 W. King St., Martinsburg, WV 25401): 10 a.m. to 12 noon
- Cool Spring Preserve (1469 Lloyd Road, Charles Town, WV 25414): 9 a.m. to 12 noon
- Warehouse on Union Street (Berkeley Springs, WV 25411): 10 a.m. to 12 noon
- Sunny Meadows Garden Center (7437 Sharpsburg Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713): 9 a.m. to 12 noon
- November 7th through Saturday, February 27th: Pick-up items at Sunny Meadows Garden Center during their normal business hours – please note that all items must be picked up by February 27th.
