Mark these important dates on your calendar:

October 28th at 1:00pm: Bidding Goes Live! 

November 5th at 8:00pm: Bidding Closes

November 11th and 12th, & the week of November 14th: Pickup

Items may be picked up at the following locations and times:

  • Saturday, November 11, 10:00 am- 2:00 pm at Sunny Meadows Garden Center in Boonsboro, MD at the PVAS Bird Seed Sale
  • Saturday, November 11 10:00 am- 12:00 pm at Morgans Grove Park in Shepherdstown, WV
  • Sunday November 12, 1:00 pm- 2:00 pm at Berkeley County Public Library
  • Sunday, November 12, 1:00 pm- 2:00 pm at the Target parking lot in Martinsburg, WV
  • Tuesday, November 14- Friday, November 17, 9:30 am- 3:00 pm
