It’s the 25th Anniversary of This Race is for the Birds!

This year we are offering both in-person and virtual, 5K and 10K events.  All events require registration.  Register by March 5th to guarantee a t-shirt and lower registration fees!

• In-Person 5K Walk/Run and 10K Jog/Run:

In-Person events will be held on April 5, 2025 at 9:30am at the Broomgrass Farm Community.  Enjoy the adventure of running or walking on non-technical cross-country trails that wind through fields and woods and along beautiful Back Creek.  The events will be held rain or shine.

• Virtual 5K and 10K Run/Walk/Other:

Virtual participants may choose between running, walking, biking, hiking or another way to complete the distances between now and April 5, 2024.  Feel free to get creative!  Participants will then email their results or photos to Race4Birds@PotomacAudubon.org with the subject “My Results.”
