Explore the Forest in Pawpaw Season and Enjoy Pawpaw Bread!

Join PVAS staff Laurel Schwartz for a Forest Foraging Workshop at Yankauer Nature Preserve. The event will begin with a hike and participants will learn the universal edibility test, which is a life-saving method that survivalists use to test whether or not an unknown wild food is safe to eat. After we return from the hike, we will enjoy some pawpaw bread!
