Join us for a hands-on volunteer training program designed to enhance your skills in sharing the life stories and conservation messages of our Animal Ambassadors. In this training, you’ll learn educational techniques and interpretive strategies to engage visitors of all ages at the Case Nature Center.
Although this training is from 11:30-12:30, please plan to arrive at 10 am for our Turtle Time program. Attending Turtle Time is an opportunity to observe our experienced educators in action teaching about our Animal Ambassadors!
Whether you’re helping lead a Turtle Time program or interacting with nature center visitors, you’ll gain the tools to communicate the important roles our Animal Ambassadors play in conservation. These animals, unable to return to the wild, serve as living reminders of the need for wildlife conservation. Through this training, you’ll not only deepen your understanding of wildlife conservation but also become a key part of educating others about the essential connection between animals, ecosystems, and human actions.
