Let’s get outside and enjoy the season together! Wellness Walks are monthly group outings to different natural areas, offering a chance to connect with nature and community. Distances vary, but most walks are around 2 miles.
This September, join us at Cool Spring Preserve for a stroll through trails bursting with fall wildflowers. Goldenrod, aster, jewelweed, ironweed, and more bring vibrant color to the landscape. Ellen will lead the walk along Linda’s Loop and other scenic paths as we soak in the beauty of autumn together.
