Pick-Up & Storage Information for the 40th Annual Bird Seed Sale

Please see information below about the Pick-Up and Storage.  We will be in contact with customers closer to November 6th to remind you of the pick-up location you selected (if applicable) and storage procedures.

We’re sorry, but we are no longer accepting new orders for this year’s bird seed sale. This information is for orders that have already been placed.  Want to support PVAS? You may want to check out our 2021 Online Auction, or you can also support PVAS with a tax deductible donation.

PICK-UP:

• Pick up selected items on Saturday, November 6th, 2021 from one of four locations:
  • Audiology, Inc (400 W. King St., Martinsburg, WV 25401): 10 a.m. to 12 noon
  • Cool Spring Preserve (1469 Lloyd Road, Charles Town, WV 25414): 9 a.m. to 12 noon
  • Warehouse on Union Street (Berkeley Springs, WV 25411): 10 a.m. to 12 noon
  • Sunny Meadows Garden Center (7437 Sharpsburg Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713): 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

STORAGE:

• Store selected items at Sunny Meadows Garden Center between November 6th, 2021 – February 26th, 2022 to be picked up during their business hours at your convenience.
